Jr. Digital Strategist
Mobilize Media is hiring a Junior Digital Strategist to help drive measurable growth for our clients. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful marketer with a builder’s mindset—someone who can turn insights into campaigns, and campaigns into results. You have 2–3 years’ experience across proposal writing, social media, email marketing and paid media/ad operations. Bonus points if you enjoy business development and can spot opportunities before they’re obvious.

What you’ll do
Own lead-gen programs across email, content, paid and social—plan, launch, and optimize to clear performance targets.
Build and QA email journeys (one-off, recurring, triggered, and dynamic) with accurate tagging, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.
Develop and schedule content across channels; manage calendars, community interactions, and media monitoring.
Report on performance with monthly dashboards and actionable insights; recommend A/B tests and next steps.
Contribute to client strategy and be a reliable point of contact for day-to-day communications.
Create traditional media assets (press releases, blogs, op-eds) that align with brand voice and objectives.
Support business development by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and helping shape proposals/partnerships.
What you bring
Education in marketing/communications or equivalent real-world experience.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Hands-on experience with proposal writing; comfort working with KPIs, funnels, and basic analytics.
Demonstrated client-service skills and an aptitude for relationship building.
Nice to have: Political experience or a strong interest in Canadian politics.
