Mobilize Media is Hiring a Social Media Manager

Mobilize Media Group (MMG) is a growing digital agency looking for a Social Media Manager. You will assist our team on ongoing campaigns to influence public opinion, build online communities and motivate action. This will include content production (including videos, memes and graphics), community management, growth hacking, reporting and analysis.
This ideal candidate will have a passion for viral content, emerging media trends and storytelling. Basic video and graphic production skills are required.

-Work closely with our team to identify opportunities in the news cycle, craft messaging and produce content that aligns with client objectives.
-Draft analytics reports clients, detailing key metrics and their return on investment.
-Learn, understand, and operate MMG’s proprietary mobilization platforms and models.
-Conduct research on various industries and social media trends.
-Experience and/or keen interest in using and managing digital campaigns on the following platforms: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter.
-Basic experience in video and graphic production.
-Excellent English writing skills, with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
-The ability to acquire skills and knowledge specific to an assigned project, and a knack for becoming an expert on new and complex topics.
-The ability to think creatively about this knowledge, imagining how it might come to life not just as strategy, but as stories, content, and experiences for different audiences.
-A can-do, self-starter mentality and an entrepreneurial approach to working within our growing team.
-A strong work ethic, organized and detail-oriented.
-Although MMG is based out of Toronto, you will be able to work from home. This will require strong self-motivation and communication skills.
-The employment type is full-time and you will sometimes be expected to work outside the conventional 9-5.
