Digital Operations Manager

We are looking for a curious and strategic thinker to join the MMG team as a Digital Project Manager. To be successful in this role, you love to be in the know and enjoy keeping people updated and projects on track. You’re not afraid to use your voice to move initiatives forward and understand how to speak persuasively with clients and colleagues to drive goals and exceed expectations. 

As the Digital Project Manager, you are the main touchpoint between clients and staff and go out of your way to ensure everyone involved understands project statuses, issues and opportunities. Your goal is to increase knowledge, communication and awareness between team members and our clients to ensure all of the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time and on budget.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Jumping into digital projects including microsites, landing pages and video
  • Performing the intakes, kicking off the projects, identifying required resources and creating the workback schedule
  • Communicating and managing project statuses, issues, changes and opportunities.
  • Aligning the team to project goals by sharing client insights and objectives
  • Coordinating project deliverables and guiding the team on potential risks
  • Anticipating and flagging issues as soon as possible to ensure projects do not get backlogged
  • Tracking and managing project budgets, objectives and invoices
  • Developing status reports 
  • Creating a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Participating in both client and internal meetings
  • Acting as the main touchpoint between clients and staff

What you bring with you to this role:

  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies.
  • The ability to tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and are responsive to feedback.
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

Salary expectations: $60,000-$75,000
